Washing once or twice??

I read from an article on some interesting facts about hair...

Do you wash your hair once or twice per shower?? Yes, not per day but per shower.

Experts (which I do not know are who) suggested that all of us needs to cleanse our hair twice per shower. Why say so?
Its because there will be oil and other "dirty" stuff like dust and dirt attached to our hair through the day. And so... The first wash allows the foams to carry and wash away the dirt and dust accumulated on our hair and scalp first. Wow!!

After washing away with water, here comes the second wash which actually brings out the effectiveness of our shampoo and let the minerals be absorb easily into our hair. Combine with massage to "deep cleanse" your scalp and improving of blood circulation....

So.... Lets try and compare if its true!

Clinique Even Better??

Yes!! I finally got my hands on this brand, specially for sensitive skin...
They have come up and been improving their formulas for their skincare and makeups to protect, repair, hydrate our skins....
Im happy that there's such a brand which really cares for our skin.
As my skin is really hopeless case, from reddish to flaky to major peeling to breakouts to infections, I'm totally out of ways on how to get my skin heal back. And so just one day, I decided to try on Clinique's foundation. I used to be a great fan of their moisturiser but its too high maintenance for me . I also feel Cetaphil suits me better. Eventually, Im curious at their foundations and just know I need to get a hold of it. Lucky for me, I had Hwee Lan blessing me Even Better liquid Foundation this xmas.
I totally fall in love with it and notice how steady it sit on my skin. I guess I got to try away all BB creams. It instantly brighten my skin upon application and stay hydrating for me. Even Better series is best for those who like a foundation that can actually helps to lighten scars and want a full coverage. I know my skin is now super taken care of by Clinique.

Its retailing at SGD 52 at major stores.
My colour will be number 64 which match me perfectly.

Pros : Hydrating, said to contain formulas that can lighten scars and spots. A 10 cents coin size is enough to provide full coverage .

Cons: Too expensive for 30ml bottle . Colours maybe be confusing as they are quite similar so best to have their consultant to help you.
